Because of enforcement of "Anti boryokudan Law ", the movement of elimination of boryokudan rose, and the control for boryokudan was strengthened all the more. As a result, boryokudan is going to stand alone. However, boryokudan still gives rise to vicious crimes by using guns or drugs, the life of citizen is exposed to the menace of them. The Hyogo Prefectural Center for the Elimination of boryokudan and the Hyogo Prefectural Police unite in citizens expelling boryokudan from every area, office and so on. There are about 87,000 members of boryokudan at December, 2004 in Japan. Its power increased by 1,200 members compared with previous year. Although some members withdraw from boryokudan, it is difficult for them to withdraw completely, they associate with them after all. By Anti boryokudan Law, the Public Safety Commission(Police Office) can order the members of appointed boryokudan and so on to discontinue unjust requests. Also the Hyogo Prefectural Police ordered to discontinue 175 unjust requests 2004, They are short of their funds resource, and they plot to make a lot of money at one case. They pretend to be a civil interested partly, as a result, unjust requests are on the increase. The Hyogo Prefectural Police control boryokudan strictly from now on, but without the cooperation of citizen of Hyogo Prefecture, we cant make our town safe and bright. Let's eliminate boryokudan under the three slogans, "Don't fear boryokudan", "Don't use boryokudan","Don't pay any money boryokudan".
